Customized modular plans or custom designs from scratch

With this option, we modify an existing plan, OR, design from scratch using the basics of modular construction as a guide. In either scenario, we GREEN SPEC the plans, and provide to Harris to quote from the factories... preferrably Mod-U-Kraf with their Solar Village experience, but we will not be married to any one manufacturer if adherence to specs, costing, and other considerations cannot be met.
