Solar Village & Off-the-shelf modular

Within the modular construction industry, there are very few that have turnkey "green" homes, right off the shelf. For the RFQ our aim is to pique interest with preliminary conceptual ideas, using Solar Village or other off-the-shelf solution, as time permits.

Custom(ized)

There are several other manufacturers that can produce green homes that we spec from scratch. Finish Werks has working relationships with 2 in PA that are closer and therefore less expensive to freight (and therefore greener). These may serve as alternatives or backups should Solar Village units not work out. For the RFP pages will be added as our portfolio of design options, customized for this project, grows.
